Credit Card Payment Policies

Purpose

This policy establishes the terms and conditions for accepting credit card payments for transactions occurring in the State of Minnesota.

Accepted Payment Methods

Authorization and Payment Terms

All credit card transactions are subject to authorization at the time of payment.
Payment may be required at the time of purchase, order placement, or service delivery.
By providing a credit card, the cardholder authorizes us to charge the card for approved amounts, including applicable taxes and any authorized recurring or delayed charges.

Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

All prices are charged in U.S. dollars.
Sales tax will be applied as required by Minnesota law.
Credit card surcharges or convenience fees will be 3% for most card or up to 4% for a few card companies.

Refunds and Returns

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, subject to the card issuer.
Original transaction fees are nonrefundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the statement date.
The cardholder agrees to cooperate in the resolution of chargebacks and acknowledges that chargebacks may result in administrative fees where permitted by law.

Cardholder Responsibilities

The cardholder represents that they are authorized to use the credit card provided.
The cardholder is responsible for ensuring that all card information is accurate and current.

Security, Compliance, and Privacy of Card Information

We comply with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
Credit card information is processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.
We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic stripe data under any circumstances.
Card information is retained only as necessary to complete the transaction, process authorized recurring payments, issue refunds, resolve disputes, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Credit card information is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required to process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests by regulators or card networks.

Governing Law

This policy and all credit card transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
